NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.

Goup is all about bettering yourself and putting yourself first in little ways every day. Training up to a big race finish allows you to check in and sharpen your tools as the work builds upon itself. Athletes find a way to compete against themselves every day (Simone Biles, Naomi Osaka, Kevin Love, Michael Phelps, etc), acting as role models showing how the line between pressure to perform and enjoying your craft can blend every single day.
